I really don't have enough great things to say about Cove Creek Plumbing! We were dealing with a huge mess after our cleaners let us know there was no water pressure at our cabin on Friday. We had the city turn the water off at our meter after discovering it was spilling 12 gallons/minute. Two plumbers and a leak detection co had already been out looking with no results Friday & Saturday. My husband and I drove down to our cabin and to look for the leak and had initially consulted Cove Creek Plumbing to give us a quote to run new lines. Tucker with Cove Creek met us at our place on Sunday. After a quick chat with our neighbor we actually located the leak! Tucker had it repaired in 20 minutes! We've never been so greatful.

There was a small issue when they came out to do some relatively small plumbing repairs however that's what I want to discuss. It was the customer service afterward. I sent an email with the issues and got a call from James within minutes. To make a long story short, we came to a solution during that first call. They have some young plumbers that still need fine tuned, but if they follow James' lead, they will definitely succeed. And I also can't say enough nice things about Kris either, she is awesome. I would recommend them for customer service all by itself.
