We are part Veterans Organization located in Rockwell NC. We are a nonprofit and we do not have a lot of money for repairs to our 65 year old building when things breaks. With a limited budget, we reached out to Chuck Pine and he was quick to respond. Within a week’s time he worked with our budget, got us a brand new heating and cooling system and arrived in NC to replace it. I have never seen such a quick response, and in this NC heat, we are so appreciative. Thank you to Chuck and his partner, Geoffrey, for your professionalism, hard work, dedication and timeliness. We can now return to having our meetings in air conditioning and we look forward to a cold winter with a new heating system.
