Had to have septic pump after who knows how many years. Joe and Richard were great. Got right to work and overcame every problem in their way. They were polite and knowledgeable and did not give me the creeps as a woman alone with workers. Give them a call for your plumbing problems you won't be sorry. 5 stars!
Great service from everyone involved! Sarah in the office was extremely helpful and got us scheduled incredibly quickly. Joe and Richard were both friendly and very professional; they located the tank--even had to pull a trailer out of the way to find it--took care of business quickly, gave sound maintenance advice, and when they left, you couldn't even tell they'd been here. Services were also very cost-efficient. I would definitely recommend Ambient Services Plus for your septic needs!
Shawn came to our rental cabin for a call we placed to the property owners, regarding us having no running water. Upon reaching us, at 11:00pm, Shawn informed us he was dispatched to us for an electrical issue, as he is an electrician. We were worried we would now have to now wait through the night for running water, however he went ABOVE AND BEYOND crawling into the crawl space to turn the water back on (that a previous worker from a different company earlier in the day had neglected to do). Shawn is the definition of quality customer service and we are so thankful for his willingness to assist us. Thank you again Shawn!
