I paid $400+ and used my insurance for the year, to have a pair of glasses that I can only use for a paperweight. Totally wrong prescription in them, and was told when I went to have the lenses changed that my time frame for changing them out had expired. This after Andrea had assured me she would make it right and to not feel like I had wasted $400. So no I would not recommend this place at all. -Edit- Amanda, the lady who fits your glasses, chose to do the right thing and redo my glasses! She said she stood behind her work and was going to make it right for me! I am very thankful for her!!

well, she can start with better customer service. being ignored when you first walk in is not professional. second, she should own her mistakes and make them right. I will not recommend her to anyone
