Natalie help me down at the Walmart department. She is very professional, efficient, calming, knowledgeable and kind. My last two years have been full of crazy negative, deaths and family embezzlement. I was very fearful of getting my taxes completed, but Natalie was the best day of my life in the last two years. This is my second year using Jackson Hewitt and I have to say that I'm pleased with there services my taxes were a mess at first with numerous w2s and a couple 1099 but they breezed right through them and got meu max return it was great. Thank u guys
