Upon arriving we were met by Joy and told her our laptop wouldn't turn on. She plugged it in and was able to turn it right on. She has the magic touch. Next, we needed to have an older laptop looked at but part of our cord was missing(the section that goes from "box" into the laptop) she told us we could get a replacement easily at Walmart. We will and then we'll bring laptop back to store. We chose this store because they had overwhelmingly positive reviews on Google. Even the poor reviews convinced me they were a store to be trusted. I took an old I pod in that the battery exploded and busted the screen . To me it was unrepairable !! I took it to I fix and they were not sure if they could repair or not. To make a long story short they fixe it as good new works perfectly. I am so thankful since this was the last gift my brother in law gave me before passing. Thank YOU!!

I'm pretty sure Katie has helped me and my techy problems since she opened. She's worked on my Pixel 3 and Pixel 6. She is always kind, courteous, and professional. My cell phone is also my work phone so she makes sure I get it back in a timely manner.
