Upon arriving we were met by Joy and told her our laptop wouldn't turn on. She plugged it in and was able to turn it right on. She has the magic touch. Next, we needed to have an older laptop looked at but part of our cord was missing(the section that goes from "box" into the laptop) she told us we could get a replacement easily at Walmart. We will and then we'll bring laptop back to store. We chose this store because they had overwhelmingly positive reviews on Google. Even the poor reviews convinced me they were a store to be trusted. Katie's responses to the 1star reviews were professional and clear as to why the reviews were invalid, in my opinion. Thanks Katie and Joy
As soon as i came in, the lady was very sweet and was able to verify the issue with my phone within minutes, and had my phone done within an hour, great service highly recommend going to them to fix your phone or other devices!
I gave her my phone to fix the day before Thanksgiving Day and they were closed. By chance someone else was in front waiting for them to come. I was so happy, (by the way they were suppose to be closed) They actually stayed and fixed my phone too and it was a magnificent job! I will be back soon because my phone broke again. Lol
