My husband and I have used Mike several times to inspect prospective investment properties. He is a must, go-to guy we use to determine if a property is right for us. He responds quickly and schedules promptly. He sends a very detailed report that makes it easy for a layperson to understand. His knowledge, experience, and advice are delivered with professionalism and a little bit of New York humor. We will continue to use him in the future. We are definitely 'Team Mike'!!! At first I was reluctant to use Michael with his small presence on Google reviews, but don't let that fool you! Michael is hands down the best home inspector I've ever hired. Michael was very personable while remaining extremely professional. It's a stressful time to buy a home and he really put my mind at ease with his knowledge and thorough inspection.The inspection report was very detail oriented and Michael took the extra time to provide multiple detailed videos explaining any deficiencies in the report.
