At first I was reluctant to use Michael with his small presence on Google reviews, but don't let that fool you! Michael is hands down the best home inspector I've ever hired. Michael was very personable while remaining extremely professional. It's a stressful time to buy a home and he really put my mind at ease with his knowledge and thorough inspection. The inspection report was very detail oriented and Michael took the extra time to provide multiple detailed videos explaining any deficiencies in the report. This was very valuable to me as I am buying this property site unseen moving from AZ to TN. On top of this I had a very good phone call with him before the inspection where he asked me if I had any concerns with the property or anything I would like him to keep an eye out for - in addition to a call post-inspection to review some of the larger concerns with the property and any questions I had. Michael even took the extra time to answer my questions about the surrounding area and his experience working/living there as I'm an out of state transplant.
