I tried calling multiple times over a week to cancel my membership after moving away from the area. They didn’t pick up until after the charge date, so I was charged the membership fee. That day I sent in proof of the move. Was almost 2 weeks latter before I was told my request to cancel was sent to there accounting department and was informed of a $50 cancel fee.A $40 a month membership and a $30 payment for 24 hour access. This gym is money hungry and will milk you for as much as they can.

My opinion of this gym, I think it's quite amazing, I wouldn't really say it is the best gym ever, but I mean it's rogersville, we're not known for that, but I like the gym, it's better than doing home workouts. And that's pretty much all I care about

Over priced and they don't even tell you about a cancellation fee. I called the gym asked what the year contract was almost double of the new place in town and then when I asked what was the cancellation fee if I didn't like the gym or just wanted to leave they said their is no cancellation fee because you can't cancel.... are you serious what does that even mean every gym has a cancellation fee for breaking a contract. The manager then went on and said if you break the contract and you don't move we have means of getting the payments... sounds to me like these people do not know the first rule about business the customer is always right. Glad I called them to make sure about the pricing. Because from the sounds of it they are struggling and not wanting anyone to leave
