While visiting the area, my dog, small mixed breed, 16yo, blind, pretty much deaf but otherwise healthy girl began experiencing vertigo. Dr. B and her staff were EXCELLENT! It was right before the predicted ice storm, they were really busy, and we were a walk in!! They were so kind and courteous! Worked us in quickly and treated Pickle (&me)with such care and concern! They even called the next day to check on her and plan our next steps of her care! Could not recommend them any higher!!!
Took Kirk into Doc B's on an emergency walk-in. First time visiting. They took us in and really helped Kirk. No other vet would even look at me to speak and tell me they couldn't help me,longer than five seconds. I was upset when I first visited , because everyone else was semi rude and zero compassion and very unhelpful, except for to suggest doc B's healthy pets. We've been twice and will continue for all of our family pets.
Found a lost Cat. They were able to take the time to check her for a micro chip. They are currently booking appointments 3 weeks in advance, but the tech checked her for me. I'll be going back. It has been said that they are very good with cats.
