Relaxing, welcoming, Caring, friendly atmosphere that provides the best hair care services in East TN! I recently had my hair destroyed by a well known upscale salon, then I went to three more upscale salons desperately to repair and color my hair back to blonde from TN orange and not one of them, I would refer pets or humans to!!!! I went to Karen’s, from ONE visit my hair was softer and close to my normal hair color, than it was in the 7 months I wasted at the west knoxville salons at one fourth the cost!!!! !!! Amazing salon!!! I will never go anywhere else!!!!

This is the best hometown place for a hair cut and conversation. Go see for yourself!! Friendly, clean and very personable not to mention mighty professional. Thanks Karen for all U do for our community. Sue
