Adams AC & Heating was very competitive, educated me on the best options, and was able to start work that day. Adam and Nick went above and beyond installing the new system into the late evening, instead of calling it quits and coming back the next day. And, even had Seth stop by for an urgent replacement of a capacitor, on a Sunday, in August!So, when it came time to replace the entire HVAC equipment, The Miller Service Company was an obvious choice! “Went to turn on my AC for the first time this season and sadly the fan on the outside unit was not turning. I pulled Murfreesboro Heating and Cooling off the list of at least 50 near me read the reviews and seen the company has been in the area many years and had a good reputation. What was not listed was how great the customer service was. Ali on the initial call was amazing I called at 8am and someone was here by 11am my unit was running by 1:30pm that same day. The two service techs Dave and Jacob were professional, informative, and answered every question I had. I could tell really love the work they do. “My home air conditioner stopped working during the hottest portion of the summer July 30. I called Alsup who was recommended by my brother-in-law who has also used them. They were able to respond within 24 hours and repaired a fairly serious condition the same day they also found problems that existed from another HVAC company they also fixed that condition. They’re fast they’re courteous and their prices are very reasonable strongly recommend them.“

“Let me start by saying if you aren’t signed up for the routine maintenance program with A/C Plus then you are DEFINITELY playing. I called them at 3:46pm Mike Arrived at my home at exactly 4:54pm. I’ve NEVER had someone arrive so quickly. Not only was he professional and beyond informative but he diagnosed my issue and fixed it with a smile. Upon his arrival I asked him to wear shoe covers due to having a little one in the home and he obliged without hesitation. Some people would have a problem but not Mike. Great job A/C plus for hiring him. He is an excellent guy! 10 Stars ⭐️“

“First, let me say, I never give five stars on anything because there is always room for improvement. Which means, companies and services have to work that much harder to get a four star rating out of me. Our A/C system began failing much more frequently over the last two months. I call Lee Company in to make repairs. Unfortunately, with the intermittent failure it was not able to be diagnosed readily. The technician made some suggestions on what it could be and how to repair them, which I did. Also, his last comment was that the installed A/C system was to small for our size of house. With the hot weather, his comment proved to be true as the A/C system could not cool the house down to the requested temperature. We again called Lee Company to provide a quote to replace the whole HVAC system. We were provided with multiple levels of pricing from a basic correctly sized system to their high end systems. We made our selection and they were able to start in just a few days. As far Lee Company goes, the team of Thomas, Joshua, Kevin, Shelby, and Kendall easily earned a four star rating from me today, 09/04/2024, on the installation of a new HVAC system in our house. They got right to work. They were knowledgeable in exactly what needed to be done and had all the parts on hand to do it. They remained professional and respectful throughout the whole installation process, roughly nine (9) hours, as well. Lee Company may not be the cheapest HVAC company around, but the old saying goes, 'you get what you pay for'. So, if you want quality and knowledgeable technicians working on your HVAC system, the Lee Company is an excellent place to look for it! Respectfully Michael Smith USN (Ret.) P.S.
