My husband has passed away since but we absolutely love Dewayne. He's awesome. My daughter is wanting to become a tattoo artist and I tell her stories of Dewayne and his shop all the time. “I highly recommend Synergy Tattoo in West Hills. I've interacted with a few shops in the area and felt most comfortable here, so they ultimately got me as a regular customer. Very professional staff and welcoming. I highly recommend Bean. He has given me 7 tattoos since 2018. I don't live in TN anymore but I find it completely worthwhile to travel back here to see him.

“Absolutely amazing to find this place.
I looked online for shops near Gatlinburg, this place was roughly an hour away and worth it!!
We inquired roughly a month before our appointments and though the potential waiting time was 2 months me and my partner both got in for the same day (which is what we wanted!)
We also wanted something women owned/ and or queer owned or at least a safe space for queer people.
This place was all that and more.
All the artists were nice and courteous.
My artist (Jasmine) was straightforward about the price and the process. And was easy to talk to while I was in the chair. And though there were times we didn't talk at all I was perfectly fine with it, wasn't awkward or anything, just nice to play on my phone while she worked, and she checked in on me often.
I hadn't gotten a tattoo in years so it was nice to be reminded of after care processes.
The tattoos looked amazing! Can't wait for them to heal up!

“This was such an amazing place. My sister got her first ear piercings and I got my forward helix. We were both pierced by Jacki and she was such a wonderful help with making both of us feel comfortable and made sure I had the correct anatomy for the piercing I wanted. Which was reassuring because I knew from then on that she knew what she was doing.
