I called on Monday of Thanksgiving week and was given an appointment for "sometime Wednesday" after being told that if not it would be after Thanksgiving. By mid-day Wednesday I hadn't heard anything so I called and got an ETA. I was told that they were "hung up" on a septic system job and I should expect the technician later that afternoon. Six days later and I've yet to hear anything. I guess that septic system was in a real bad situation.Service: Washer/dryer repair

Their work is exceptional and the prices are reasonable. They stay very busy so you may have to wait awhile before they can visit, unless it's an emergency. I recommend them highly.

Purchased washer from here. Leaked first time I used it. The picked up and brought me another one which cost more and it wouldn't even agitate the clothes in it. Would not recommend
