“My a/c went out yesterday during the middle of the night. I called several repair companies and Better was the only one that could accommodate a same day appointment! The technician (Jack) arrived before lunch and within 30 minutes provided me with 2 potential scenarios. In one scenario (worst case) he told me that he might have to replace the motor, in the 2nd scenario he told me he might be able to replace only one of the parts that helps the motor to function - a $300 difference in price! I sincerely appreciate the honesty of Jack and this company and was happy that my motor did not have to be replaced. Jack was very professional, thorough and respectful to me as a customer. “In the winter of 2024 we finally decided to replace the old heat pump in our home and contacted John Linkous. He and his team (his sons) met us, evaluated our heating system, and recommended a Coleman heat pump with a 10 year warranty. We arranged a date for installation and they came on that date. When they arrived they worked extremely hard to move the new system into place and had it up and running by the end of the day. They also balanced the airflow in several rooms of our home.
