My husband is a long haired man from Chattanooga and we live in Florida. They accepted him as a walk-in the day before the wedding. He has shoulder length hair and wanted the sides and back trimmed and faded along with his beard. I sat in the car with our daughter eagerly waiting to see how handsome his hair would be but it was a total disappointment. None of his hair was faded, the line of hair that she did cut off in the back she didn't even cut straight. The hair line is all wonky, his beard looked awful, and we had to leave there and go straight to the hotel room so we could finish the haircut ourselves. Ashley is amazing. Great barber and stylist. 5 stars for her. But the system they have is horrible. When you go to select a barber on the website, it always jumps 3 days ahead. So multiple times I’ve scheduled haircuts, I have been turned around at the door because I accidentally scheduled it 3 days from now. And there have also been multiple times where I schedule it, and for Whatever reason it doesn’t let them know. So I’ll get an email confirmation but they’re still booked. The talent is great and so is the quality, but their system is making me not want to be their client anymore. I’ve been going here for 13 years. Not anymore
