Highly recommend this plumber! They efficiently fixed a leak under my house today and were both courteous and friendly throughout the service. To top it off, their pricing was extremely reasonable. A fantastic experience all around!
Mike and his sons are really good at their job. I called them one day to fix a broken toilet handle and while one of Mike’s sons was at my house, I recalled my lawn mowing guy telling me about my sanitation pipeline running out into the yard which isn’t normal and shouldn’t be the case if everything is working correctly. He went on to put a lid on the vent but that night when I returned home from work and took a shower in 1 of the bathrooms. The other 2 bathrooms including my bathrooms, total of 3 bathrooms got clogged and backed up to the brim. I called Mike that night and he came down very quickly at about 7 pm that night to remove the lid cos that’s a temporary fix so that the bathrooms and toilets would not be out of order. He was vigilant enough to spot water overflowing from my waste tank and realized that there was a bigger issue at hand. He told me to call Ken septic to have the water pumped out and that’s what happened the next day and lo and behold after that was done. Ken’s staff found out that the pump was not working and informed me to call Mike to change the pump cos it’s beyond their job scope. Mike then told me that we can’t use any water that night coz he had to change the pump the next day so we ended up staying in a motel that night and the next day my city hall guy spotted Mike and informed him that it was their job to change the pump cos it’s a municipal thing. Neither of us even knew that and we were ignorant that’s it’s the city hall’s job. I spoke to both Mike and Troy from the city hall this morning to ensure everything was understood and would be taken care of. Anyway, Troy changed the pump for me and Mike reattached a broken vent and put a lid back so that the sewerage water goes through the pipes lines and into the waste tank and not out into my yard which was disgusting. I had so many plumbers come out to look at this situation and try to fix it and nobody could identify the right issue and solve it until Mike came along. Mike was able to spot and identify the real problem. One plumber must have also tempered with my vent and left the lid open for the sewer water to drain out into the yard coz he couldn’t solve the issue but that’s seriously disgusting and isn’t the right way. I don’t even know which plumber tampered with it coz I had so many of them come out to work on it. Mike is our life saver and we need a plumber like him with his strong expertise in our community. Thank God, Mike and Troy for having everything resolved by today so that my son and I could stay in the comfort of our home tonight and take care of our furry family members. I would certainly recommend 1 plumbing company to all of my friends and neighbors. Awesome job!
