“They have been great. I called them when I noticed my AC went out. I did a bunch of testing beforehand and when Taylor arrived I let him know what I had tested and that I thought the compressor had went. He immediately checked the compressor and confirmed that it went bad. They ordered a new one and it took a week for it to come in and they installed same day it arrived. My only complaint would be for them to touch base a little more so the customer is not wondering status of equipment coming in and when service may be completed. Taylor did tell me it wouldn’t be until after 4th of July Holiday weekend and some time next week. The office should still have touched base early Monday morning at least considering it was the following Wednesday they came out and ordered the replacement compressor. Other than that I’d say Taylor performed top quality service and he is very knowledgeable. He was professional every time he had to communicate with me. He answered all my questions with no issue.
