I called on behalf of an 82 year old woman who needed an electrical switch repaired. Arrangements were made for a technician to come the same day and he did - best of all they didn't charge her a penny. My friend was so relieved. When you're that age, every penny spent counts and she had been in the "dark" for the last couple of months in the room where she spends her entire day.
