We are super happy with the service we received from this company. We had an appointment scheduled within minutes of completing the online form, and a technician was at our house less than two hours later. He had our drains clean and running like new in less than 45 minutes, and cleaned up after himself so you didn’t even know he was there.
I want especially to commend Ryan at Roto-Rooter Knoxville for his perseverance and determination to exhaust all possibilities in trying to find the source of our water problem. And he found it! He was very professional and knowledgeable. Thanks, Ryan!
