I cannot recommend Karen’s enough! Deon and his wife Nancy helped me while in such a mess with my rental house. I had been quoted an astronomical price by another prominent carpet company in Knoxville and called Karen’s on a whim to get a second opinion. Ms Nancy answered the phone and kindly scheduled Deon to come out the very next morning. He showed up on time and helped me troubleshoot how to tackle the job, showed me samples, and assured me the work would be done quickly. I needed new flooring after a foundation repair. I checked other locations but service and quality made me choose Karen's Carpets. Installers did an excellent job repairing the flooring prior to the installation. The installers were professional and completed the job as planned. Kudos to them. Mark was the go-to person from the onset and kept me up to date with the process. Thanks to them, I now have lovely floors. Highly recommend.
