The hospital is especially known for its love for cats, with Dana and Emily being the cat experts who provide the best care for feline friends. Dr. Skully is also highly praised for his helpfulness and friendly demeanor, treating senior cats as if they were his own. Recently, the team has received praise for their friendliness and professionalism, making even uneasy dogs relaxed and comfortable during visits. They treat pets with love and affection, handling medication refills effortlessly and efficiently. The staff's genuine care and patience shine through, especially in difficult situations like end-of-life care, where they show sympathy and kindness. Everyone here was so amazing. I took my sweet bunny Ollie here last month, he was unexpectedly very sick. They took him in even though they had a full schedule and took care of him. They even stayed past their hours for us and called the ut hospital to try to give us more options for Ollie to help him. They also helped to make his care more affordable. He unfortunately did not make it, but I will forever be grateful for all the staff who was there for us and him, I will always remember the kindness that was shown, thank you for caring.
Only place I take my dogs! They are all very loving and gentle with our dogs! They Take their time and don’t rush to get you out the door. They take time to explain everything to you and take care of your babies the best way possible!
Came here in search of a new vet and to get a second opinion. Was previously going to a chain vet and it felt like a chain. I think I will choose Emory as the new vet for my pets. Locally owned, not a chain, great with the animals and friendly. Just got a good feeling on my first vist and will continue to return.
