I would recommend Certified Clean Care Knoxville to anyone! They are professional and very accommodating. I work from home and to know I received a text of the upcoming appointment, the name of the technician and his photo meant the world to me. This world is crazy and to know that extra detail was taken for me to feel comfortable in opening my door is something I do not take lightly. Thank you all so much for the extra step. Brandon did a wonderful job cleaning a sofa and 2 chairs for me. He explained The packages available for me to choose from and explained the process as he cleaned. There was no chemical smell or any harsh smell, only a fresh clean scent that smells wonderful. Brandon was extremely courteous and polite and kept me informed of the time that he would arrive at my home.
