So I am satisfied with the work completed.I rated 4 instead of 5 due to the pricing discrepancy from online to reality. Safe-Dry charges you based on square footage regardless of whatever "coupon" is out there. My house is small so the rate turned out to be only a slight difference. If you want a known flat rate service, go to the other carpet cleaner in town.“

The first crew that was sent out was subpar and did not meet expectations. Issues were left unaddressed. The second crew sent out was amazing!
