When you walk in, Heaven greets you with a smile. Carmen is great at doing the different eye tests to get you ready for the doctor. And Dr Reed explains everything to you. It was my first visit there and it was great!!!
This was my first time here. Heaven is so nice and knowledgeable. She greets you with a Big Smile!! The young lady doing the eye tests is very knowledgeable at what she does and such a sweet person!! The Gentleman that helps you pick out glasses is very nice and very knowledgeable at what he does!! Dr. Reid is such a very thorough and does his job very well. He makes you feel important and is so very GREAT AT WHAT HE DOES!! I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THIS Eye Place!!
The staff at the Portland office are so friendly and helpful! Dr. Reid is very thorough and efficient, and he is so pleasant. He worked hard to prescribe glasses that I can use for work and also to play piano. They are absolutely perfect!
