Yesterday, my sister, daughter and myself came in to each get a piercing (nose for me, eyebrow for daughter and ear cartilage for my sister) and Jennah took amazing care of all 3 of us from start to finish. Today, my sister and I came back to get a tattoo each from Tabitha, and again we were impressed and pleased, Tabitha created gorgeous tattoos, was friendly and engaging, and turned out quality tattoos. Everyone we have interacted with here has been wonderful and so kind.
I had my belly button pierced by another shop and I did not think it was not done correctly. I reached out out to Art Immortal for a second opinion. They were very quick to respond and agreed with me (it was very noticeable that it was off-centered). I immediately removed it and waited for it to heal up. Once it healed, I spoke with Jennah about re-pierceing it for me. She was so kind and very professional! She made sure I was comfortable with every step of the process and that I was happy with my piercing before I left! She did a great job and she definitely went above and beyond for me!
Jennah was so sweet and I really liked the fact that she asked my son if he were ok with me recording him getting his ear pierced.
This is my second time getting my nose pierced and I will say she did better than the first person I had do it. It didn’t hurt half as bad. Will definitely be back. Thanks girl
