I have a pretty intense phobia with dental procedures, but my experience this morning was a breeze! Dr. Carlson and her staff made my whole experience very pleasant which made me calm and comfortable. Everyone took their time with me and explained step by step from the procedure to the work plan! I will definitely not hesitate to refer others to this very friendly establishment!! Thanks, Highland!
From the minute I walked in I knew that I had chosen the right office to transfer to. I had been going to an office in Nashville and loved it but didn’t want to keep driving into town. Everyone was so sweet and welcoming. Dr. Carlson was kind and thorough in her explanation and exam. Not to mention the whole office is such a vibe and makes me want the number of their interior designer! If you are looking for a dental office, stop your search and give Highland Family Dental a call!
Professionalism from the front door to the treatment room. They found my cavity and filled it without me having to make another appointment. The entire visit only took 2 hours which entailed X-rays, cleaning, and filling. Awesome!
