I found myself in need of a heating and air system that would work for my 50 year old home. Ducks Heating and Air Conditioning installing a mini split system that I am thrilled with! This system is extremely quiet, I don’t even realize it is onJustin and his partner were very respectful and nice as they installed the system, and returned my house to the same condition, or rather better condition than it was before, since I now have heat! I called four different heating and air businesses Ducks is the only one that showed up on time, gave a estimate that day. Started the job the next week and finished in two days. I had one business refuse the job, one never would give an estimate, and another that wouldn't even give a call back. As a single mother, it is often difficult to find honest, trustworthy businesses that won't try to take advantage. Back in the scorching heat of the summer, my air unit decided to give up on me. A dear friend immediately recommended Ducks. I gave them a call, and they came out the same day! I had a new unit installed within 24 hours. I had an issue with the drain pan leaking a few months later, and Dustin came back out, without hesitation, and fixed the issue even though it was no fault of their own.
