However, I have to give them a top notch review as everyone was friendly, knowledgeable, fair, took time to answer all my questions and concerns. Price was within fair market. They gave extra safety equipment that others didn't offer. Shocked at how respectful workers were and how they took care of cleaning up and keeping my home neat during install. Work was done professionally and quickly. They showed up every time they said they would. Almost immediate install date. Very simple, stress free procedure from start to finish. Happily surprised!“

“I chose Climate Controllers to replace an old HVAC system and existing ductwork after receiving two excellent reviews from my Plumber and Insurance folks. There is a crawl space, tight fit. I invested in the Daikin Fit 3 ton system. Steve (owner), Michelle( office contact) and Chris and team (installers) provided timely, experienced and efficient install. Communication A+. New system questions after install were promptly answered by Steve or Michelle. Team was courteous, wore covers over boots in home and i was impressed with the detail of cleanup. “Thomas was great , he returned my call in just a few hours. He worked me in that day and showed up at 7:45pm, when other companies would be closed. He had my unit fixed within 30mins. I really can't comment on price, because things like this always vary. But my unit is over 22yrs old, so if it can still be fixed and not totally replaced, then I'm happy. He was a real expert at his job. I was lucky to have him here. I wish I could put him on speed dial. I may ask for him specifically if I call again l o l. “I totally recommend Hale Heating & Cooling! My blower motor stopped working at around 6pm. Called this business & they answered even after normal working hours. They worked hard to source a new motor right over the phone. They came the very next day, went right to work, did a great job, cheerfully answered all my questions, then checked everything...great job...cost of the job? He explained in detail what he was looking at.
