He explained in detail what he was looking at. Turns out our 22 year old hvac unit was zapped beyond repair.Tim gave us a great price on a new unit and had everything installed, cleaned up and running cool in a weekend. “My a/c went out yesterday during the middle of the night. I called several repair companies and Better was the only one that could accommodate a same day appointment! The technician (Jack) arrived before lunch and within 30 minutes provided me with 2 potential scenarios. In one scenario (worst case) he told me that he might have to replace the motor, in the 2nd scenario he told me he might be able to replace only one of the parts that helps the motor to function - a $300 difference in price! I sincerely appreciate the honesty of Jack and this company and was happy that my motor did not have to be replaced. Jack was very professional, thorough and respectful to me as a customer. “I totally recommend Hale Heating & Cooling! My blower motor stopped working at around 6pm. Called this business & they answered even after normal working hours. They worked hard to source a new motor right over the phone. They came the very next day, went right to work, did a great job, cheerfully answered all my questions, then checked everything...great job...cost of the job? “Bought the pureAir Solo and the pureAir 1500.Both are fantastic products, the 1500 leaves my house smelling like the ocean. I suffer badly from allergies and often struggle with sleep due to this, but thanks to the 1500 my allergies have subsided drastically due the clean air.
