“Michaela can work WONDERS on your skin. Not only is she incredible knowledgeable about treatments, she takes the time to talk to you and get to you and your skin. My first appointment I scheduled myself for a more invasive treatment and after evaluating my skin she recommended we start with something a little less invasive and build our way up. The treatment I ended up receiving was half the cost of the one I initially booked for. She truly wants the best for you and your skin. I’m so thankful I found her and she has helped my skin do a complete 360. She also introduced me to some great skincare options to help keep my glow at home. I have fallen in love with everything she has recommended.“

“Its been a while but around the holidays I got the BEST haircut I’ve ever gotten from - I think her name is Gracie - the absolutely lovely Latina woman who knew EXACTLY what to do with my long, wavy hair!! I have been traveling the country with my husband for a few years and have had the worst time finding people who can skillfully cut my hair. She is AMAZING!! “What an incredible experience! My partner and I had a couples massage at the St. Somewhere Spa in Gatlinburg, TN. I got the Wastin’ Away Signature Massage while he got the Deep Tissue Massage. The massages were so soothing and relaxing, just what we needed! They made sure we were comfortable the entire time. Brooke and Autumn did such an amazing job! “EDIT: The Manager called and booked another appointment was as nice as she could be and as accommodating as she could be and the people I spoke to at corporate or amazing also so in the end, I will get my hair fixed, and Ulta customer service has been amazing. I went in yesterday for highlights showed the girl, Katie, what I was wanting and let her know that I was deathly afraid that my hair would come out ash blonde - after 3 1/2 hours. My hair is ASH blonde. It does not look like it has highlights I paid $160 for hair that I have been in tears over for 24 hours, I talked to corporate. They said they would let the manager at the Sevierville store know IN SOMEONE WOULD BE CONTACTING ME TODAY, but I haven't heard anything from anyone yet so I will continue to leave reviews everywhere until someone fixes this. I would not advise anyone go to Ulta beauty in Sevierville for anything. these are the pictures of my highlighted hair. I am MORTIFIED!!!!!“
