Hey Christina and management team - I just wanted to tank you all for all the good work your teams have been doing. Since we changed to your company we’ve had all 5 star reviews on the cleaning. It’s been a ton less stress for me to manage the properties when I’m not worried about what every guest is going to complain about on the cleanliness of my properties and I’ve been able to focus on the management and promotion of the cabins instead. Y’all have been great and I can’t thank y’all enough for all the hard work that goes into every turnover as well as your emergency maintenance teams when needed too. You’re running a 5 star establishment and it shows in our reviews. You make our job so much easier to manage the properties and the whole guest experience has improved significantly. I write this review from Aruba...because I finally have peace of mind that if I step away for a vacation for myself, I know our cabins are in good hands and I don't have to worry because you've set up such great processes and procedures for every turnover. I have been a customer of MCM for about 4.5 years They clean both my cabins and are my extra set of eyes Very professional !
