Michelle was absolutely awesome with me. Very knowledgeable and educational. I truly enjoyed my visit. She took her time and seemed to be sincerely interested in me and my needs not just trying to sell a product. She explained everything and I was quite Impressed. I’m a Nurse Practitioner and she explained everything in easy to undersrand terms. Especially about the progression of hearing loss and the correlation between hearing loss and dementia and Alzheimer’s disease. I am in need of hearing help and walked into the Pigeon Forge location and was met pleasantly by Michelle who was very helpful. She set me up with a hearing test appointment. I did some research and at my appointment had lots of questions and they were all answered after my hearing test. The test was simple but thorough. All my options were clearly explained and I could not be any more satisfied. I wholeheartedly recommend Michelle and Hearinglife.
