An absolute nightmare. We dropped off our taxes to her office and after several weeks she said she had filed for an extension with the IRS. Several more weeks passed and she ignored all our calls and text messages until I called from my daughters phone and she answered. Told me she had filed our taxes and everything was good to go. She LIED! Come to find out our taxes were NEVER filed and we had to go through another company to have it all straightened out. So she basically just took our money and did NOTHING but lie and avoid us. I wish someone warned us like I am warning you now…Whatever you do, DO NOT USE CENTURY SERVICES!

She "done" our taxes for two years. Could never tell me why the refund wasn't getting here, always giving me an excuse. We went somewhere else for our '23 taxes and found out she NEVER filed our taxes from the past 2 years. Had no problem taking a payment for it though and then to lie straight to my face for months. If she has no problem screwing us over, she wouldn't have a problem doing it to you either, go anywhere else.

I tried to file my 2019 taxes with these people back in Jan or Feb of 2020. A message on the door said gor people to fill out their business and leave a phone number with it and leave it in their drop box. It's now Mar 17 and I haven't been contacted as stated on the front door of this place. Not sure what the issue is but in the past I've has great service and they never done my taxes and cheated my return like most places do. But I wont be filing here ever again after this mess. ?
