Simply put, the very best! I think some folks are too picky for their own selves. So a couple of the reviews is certainly FAKE NEWS! I know first hand in doing business with Ron's that they are straight up! Need a new fireplace or fireplace supplies or service, this is the place. Five Stars for me.

Moved into my new home and couldn't wait to build my first fire. I could not get a fire to continue burning! The only way was to open a window and turn on a fan..ridiculous. My builder gave me the name of the company that installed it and they (American Fireplace) said there was nothing wrong. I went to their store and they were not interested in my problem at all.....wonderful customer service. I was told I didn't know how to build a fire. I stopped in to Ron's Open Flame and explained my problem to Suzette. She was sympathetic to my needs. Ron came to my home, checked out the fireplace and said he'd get back to me.
