“I called Ellis on Sunday January 18th at 10:00 and left a voice mail. Our gas heater had quit. Figuring it would be awhile before I got a call back I got a fire going in the stove. By 10:10 Blake Ellis had called and said he’d get a guy there but might be after lunch. The technician called shortly after and said he’d be there in about a hour. I had already had another heating company come about6 weeks earlier and look at my unit. The other company advised the heater was fine. The technician came out and advised that the heat chamber was busted and could have been causing carbon monoxide to be blown in the house. The next day Blake Ellis came out first thing in the morning and priced me a new unit. Blake and his ENTIRE group of guys are courteous and very accommodating. They got the new unit in and installed it on February 1st. The unit looks very professionally installed. And more Blake Ellis came out that afternoon to look it over to make sure it meet their high quality standards. After removing the old unit they showed me where the heat exchanger was busted. In SEVERAL PLACES. The other company (A plus heat and air) said a defective unit was perfectly fine. I will be using Ellis heating as long as they are in business. And they’ve been in business along time.“
