I have always taken my dogs and pets to Mineral Wells Animal Clinic. They are always there to treat routine as well as emergencies care. My dog was very sick and I didn't think that he was going to make it. CAITLYNN MOON DVN met me after hours to evaluate and treat my dog. She DX him with diabetes , liver / pancreas lab abnormal and a very distended bladder. He gradually improved under her care and close adjustments of his I split. He has so much more energy and he is starting to play again with my other dogs. My dog is alive today because of the care that he was given. All the office staff and vet assistant ate great. We needed to bring our dog to a vet and we are new to the area. We called 3 vets prior to Mineral Wells due to proximity to us. One vet was out during business hours. 2 other vets were not accepting new animals (which they need to post on their site). Next was Mineral Wells and things happen for a reason I guess.
They took our dog, same day, and the staff was very friendly on the phone and in the office. The vet was friendly and our pup had his tests and we left with a prescription. The pricing was very reasonable for the visit and the meds. Follow up calls were answered promptly. Large parking lot as well.

I had a serious issue with my bobtail Kitty and these girls are the nicest staff and so was the veterinarian love the place and we'll be back hopefully nothing seriously to come back for but I will be using this veterinarian clinic from here out it's pretty awesome go there and meet junior high school and Pistol I hear he's pretty awesome too great place friendly people
