They arrived in about 20 mins and had my car started in 30 seconds (after another rescue service was not able to jump the battery even though he tried for 40 minutes because he had rinky dink equipment). Thatcher’s saved my day and got me back on the road!

I needed help getting a rental cargo van out of the mud - in the rain, no less. The dispatcher was helpful and gave me information up front about pricing and wait time. The two employees that came were kind, worked quickly, and had a great attitude even though they were walking in mud in the rain. Would 100% use again (but hope I never have to).

I am a transport broker by profession i hired thatchers wrecker service today to load a car hauler with an inoperable suv they were super easy to work with on time professional and very reasonable will hire them if i ever need to in tennesee Great job guys
