Giving 5 ***** stars. Was involved in an accident and he showed up before the police. The gentleman even waited for 45mins or longer for police to arrive tow fair was reasonably cheap. Extremely fast and responsive, and was extremely gentle with my car.

They arrived in about 20 mins and had my car started in 30 seconds (after another rescue service was not able to jump the battery even though he tried for 40 minutes because he had rinky dink equipment). Thatcher’s saved my day and got me back on the road!

I needed help getting a rental cargo van out of the mud - in the rain, no less. The dispatcher was helpful and gave me information up front about pricing and wait time. The two employees that came were kind, worked quickly, and had a great attitude even though they were walking in mud in the rain. Would 100% use again (but hope I never have to).
