As a direct result of his thoroughness, cancerous nodules on my thyroid (Papillary Thyroid Cancer) was found via ultrasound and biopsy after two other Doctors dismissed the symptoms I was having as normal. “I am 2 weeks today out from LASIK using MonoVision (so one eye for distance and one eye for near to keep me out of readers is the plan) and it is incredible from Day 1 is all I can say i am blown away why did I wait this long. Dr D is a rockstar and makes you feel comfortable from the moment you walk in at your 1st consult to the day of surgery and during the surgery she is right there walking you thru it step by step and it was so quick really less than 5 minutes total and it’s almost instant improvement but I will say day 1 is the roughest day as it does hurt to keep your eyes open and sometimes even closed but nothing Tylenol couldn’t handle and then by the morning after the procedure/surgery I was already seeing 20/20 distance and near which is unbelievable.
