I had an emergency flat on my vehicle and just needed a new tire put on the rim. It was a 10 minute job at any other shop I've been to but it took over an hour and a half. I understand it's first come first serve but all of the mechanics were standing inside the building around the desk while one was working on vehicles majority of my wait. It was very frustrating because there were several other customers ahead of me while no progress was being made. Just terrible overall service. I would suggest going anywhere but here.
