We both appreciated the care and love she received and were able to get a follow-up appointment scheduled afterwards. I also like that they have an app with all of her information on it, instead of having to keep track of a bunch of scattered papers. We will be back in a few weeks!“

I have not lived in TN for many years, but I never forgot him and how impressed I was with him. it may be that the current Dr. William Shannon is his son, and not the Dr. Shannon of years ago, but I am sure if that is the case, based on reviews I am seeing, this current Dr. Shannon learned well from his Dad how to be a caring, compassionate and wonderful Doctor. “Hands down the best visit I’ve ever experienced. Every staff member I interacted with was incredibly caring & so sweet to my shy cat. I put off vet visits because they’re usually stressful, but by the end she was walking up to people on her own.After the visit, they texted me to follow up on her condition, and I’ve since emailed Dr. Perkins regarding feeding. “The only veterinarian we use for our cats and dog. We had an older dog that was very ill and Dr Benner was so gentle with her. He gave us many options and didn't try to sell us on things that wouldn't help. When she finally could no longer sustain life, the entire staff was so respectful and sensitive to our feelings. The whole office is friendly and professional and takes your pet's health very seriously.“

“I have nothing but wonderful things to say about McCormick Animal Clinic. Both Doctor McCormick and Dr. Hillary were so attentive and caring. Our senior dog Lazar got very sick with a respiratory infection. I couldn’t afford hospitalization, so Dr. McCormick said I could transport him daily and they cared for and medicated him - this was a last ditch effort. After 5 days of this impromptu acute care and hand feeding, Lazar turned the corner. A bit of a miracle and it’s given me an xtra few quality years with my best friend. I will always be so grateful!You can trust these folks - they’re exceptional.“

“Contacted MTVC to schedule my dog for neutering.They were great to deal with, and very transparent.They took great care of my dog, had him in and out in less than a day. Then make sure to go over everything with me for aftercare to ensure he was taken care of.“

“I went here for the first time today and was immediately impressed. The interior itself is very open and spacious which was welcoming as other vets I've been to were quite small and crowded which was stressful for both me and my dog. I was greeted and checked in then brought into an open clean exam room with two windows, which my dog loved. Everyone there was so nice and friendly, and they worked with my budget and offered me discounts and samples. It was so refreshing to have the focus spent on my dog's wellbeing and to not be hit with hidden fees or to leave with an enormous cost at the end. They also answered all my questions and not once did I feel rushed. I'm definitely going to continue to come here and I would encourage others to check it out!“
