After a not so great experience with a claims adjuster, I contacted Pinnacle to get them to do their own assessment. After one conversation with Jaime, I knew I was already in better hands. She and Randy took such great care of us. They worked with our insurance company so that we got our roof replaced after an accurate assessment was completed. They always answered all of our questions, and just all around so wonderful to work with. I cannot recommend this company enough. From start to finish, they were the best!

You will not be disappointed if you choose Pinnacle roofing! They were able to start on our roof very quickly and were on time and professional. There was one small issue with installation and they took responsibility immediately and fixed the issue without question.

When my roof was damaged by the early March storm, I call my long-time broker who recommended "his" roofer, Pinnacle Roofs Plus. After the insurance adjuster completed his work, Pinnacle showed up on time, as promised. The crew was professional and I could not be more pleased.
