We had a home inspection that was incomplete because the inspector we hired could not get under the house or in the attic. James was able to complete the inspection. Reached out to James to have my new home inspected and he was very responsive. The day he went out to inspect he kept me up to date with what was going on. He even provided pictures and gave good tips on what’s a big deal/small minor issues. The report he provided was easy to understand and even provided helpful videos on how to correct some of the issues. I called him to get more information and he answered right away and explained/answered all my questions I had. I definitely recommend James if your looking for a friendly professional inspector.
