I’ve spent the better part of the last 25 years lifting weights in traditional gyms but life caught up with me and I fell out for about 5 years until I decided to get back at it and try something new with Penance. I’ve been there for 3 months now and my experience has been nothing but positive. My strength is coming back without the use of a traditional barbell and more importantly, the real world application of the routines outlined by the Penance coaching staff have helped me to recognize and improve in deficiencies I didn’t even know I had. My mobility and cardio are improving to levels I haven’t seen since my twenties. I’ve seen major improvement in a bad knee I’ve had for many years now and coach Clint was even able to remedy a common muscle pain I’ve always dealt with in my lower back when under heavy work by using a simple stretching exercise I’d never considered before. I sure wish I’d have had that knowledge 20 years ago. I highly recommend Oakland Physical Therapy. I’ve have had to go twice in a wheelchair and walked out because of Julie and her staff. The Best Place Ever and all the staff are incredible! With a broken hip and arm I call Julie my Angel and Shandi my physical therapist that I have. I truly dread the day that I get released it’s the best feeling of laughter during the pain of getting your life back to normal. Thank you to everyone that works there and please if you need therapy for anything I hope you go and get all the results that I have. You deserve the best and believe me they are the BEST! These brothers are one of the best in the nation. They artist true artist putting canvas like master pieces into tattoo form. I went in when a concept drawing of a family crest & they put their artist design enhancement for an colorful 1 of a kind masterpiece. My 1st piece was 14 yrs ago & the colors still remain perfect . If they advertised on social media or even locally, they would be booked out a year (zero advertising &still booked 3 months out)

Came in as a walk in today and got 2 tattoos done. Reasonable pricing and great work. Showed the guy my idea and told him to put his spin on it and love how they came out. Calm & chill atmosphere and very professional. I will definitely be going back.

Sad to see below some poor reviews on Doctor Lyons. Maybe those people are really looking for a specialist. Doctor Lyons is a family medicine specialist. No more No less. Been seeing Him now for several years. I am a very picking person. Doctor Lyons is a good doctor taking special interest in my health. His nurse is a 5 Star. The staff is very friendly and do a great job. A nice Man. A good Doctor.
I've been coming to them since February after a terrible experience with another stylist. Madison was able to correct a disaster and save me from literally crying every day and has transformed my hair when I was told it couldn't be done because of years of box black hair dye. I'm now extremely happy and count down to every appointment. I wouldn't trust anyone else with my hair!!! I love this place!
Not a bad gym, especially for the money. There is a lot of room dedicated to various cardio and strength machines, plus a weight area. Staff and members alike are generally respectful. I've never had to wait for a treadmill or elliptical. I mainly just wanted a place to come and sweat since there's not a good spot at my home.The only downside is that it is a little small. Since most of the room is taken with machines, there isn't a lot of room for mat exercises or your own calisthenics. If there are more than 2 people in that area, it can be a bit crowded. At this time, it's only happened once where I didn't have room to use a mat, but it would be nice if there was a little more room in this area.The whole gym is generally clean. The showers are usable, although one door doesn't latch shut in the men's locker room. The large shower has great water pressure but doesn't drain well.All in all, a decent place to work out.

They did an outstanding job on my home. Painted the front of the house and did some construction work. Very hard workers who you can trust.
