Derek assessed the problem and provided options. He was quick, efficient, polite and friendly. He is coming back after the holidays to do a thorough evaluation of our plumbing. Jacob did a very thorough inspection looking for any and all safety items. Found a few issues and discussed all completely. Removed and installed kitchen faucet as well as upstairs toilet as requested. Removed all debris and insured completeness.
