Cheryl's Dog Grooming

I took my golden doodle for the first time to see Cheryl because my groomer is out of town for a while. Cheryl was very nice and I was happy to get my baby in on such a short notice. When I picked her up after 7 hours of being there , the cut seemed ok but once we got home and I saw her in the sunlight you can clearly see large gaps all over her body along with razor burns on her face. My doggy daycare said they found more areas that look irritated so we have scheduled a vet appointment. Unfortunately, I was hoping for a better result because of the kindness of Cheryl and her grandson but after seeing the results she won’t be back. My poor Cody has visible razor marks all over his body, shabby around his cute little head, and his nails were cut, but well, he's had better. I will not be going back to Cheryl.

Paid $35 dollars for a "deshedding" treatment that was a waste of my time and money. Cheryl assured me that she went through "section by section and stripped all the dead hair" and that she was AKC trained, "didn't do some furminator" treatment, and that she did it the "right way". When I picked my dog up 4 hours later she clearly hadn't been brushed. Large handfuls of hair easily wiped off her. I took her home and brushed her with far more successful results. They did give her a bath and she smelt good, but thats as far as it went. I realize it's impossible to get rid of all the loose hair, but this was an embarrassing job. I've never had a groomer do so poorly.
