These people don’t want to return items like motors that professional HVAC people say are bad. I’ve returned electric motors that don’t work— there’s never been an issue except for with these people. I’m about to get outside people involved. If someone doesn’t return your stuff with a receipt bought 15 days ago— they’re thieves!

I Went to the store with my blower motor and asked for a replacement. I was told they didn’t have the same motor but had one that would fit if I bought a mount. I was assured it was compatible. I got home and the electrical wiring was not compatible with my unit. I called back and was told no refunds. I am now out almost 200 dollars and still have a broken unit in the 90 degree weather. The motor was never used or installed and yet they will not take it back.Service: A/C system repair

There was a recall on my unit. They have had the part since February. Called 5 times. Part replacement has still not been replaced. It was a factory recall from the the manufacturer.Service: HVAC system maintenance
