He did a video to show some damaged areas but assured us it was basically from just age and not a concern yet. He offered to check back annually and/or more frequently if a weather event makes it a good idea for another inspection. He was very personable and answered all my questions at this time and we will definitely keep his contact info. I also like that he lives nearby and this branch of the company is also based locally in Nashville.“

“Highly recommend. Easy to schedule and showed up as promised. Quickly identified several areas that were easier fixes (exposed nail heads, etc.) that were contributing to some leaks and made repairs same-day. Gave a lot of information and a quote regarding a potentially larger repair so I could begin thinking and preparing financially towards that if it ends up being needed. Until then we'll see if what was done today is a solution before going down the more involved repair. Honest for sure!“

“Had an issue with roof damage, when a gentleman named Chuck Russell happened to stop by and said he was offering a free inspection on my roof. There was damage and he took pictures to show me. He was very nice and looked to be an honest person. We discussed options and he kept in touch to ensure availability of materials and cost. I did have roof replacement done, was very pleased with work done by crew, supervisor on crew spoke to me before and after work was done, they also cleaned area for debris. “Professional Roofers installed a new roof approximately 2.5 years ago and did a great job. They were professional and did a good job cleaning up afterwards. I had a leak this year from snow that was pack on the roof around the chimney and they came right out and fixed it for nothing as the roof was still under warranty. I haven’t had a problem since. The team worked diligently from the start of the project to completion including during low temperatures and rainy weather. The team was on budget and on time and this was the best contractor experience we’ve ever had. A couple of additional notable examples of their work ethic and integrity is that when Josue found damage to a window that may have been inadvertently caused by a team member he pointed it out replaced the damaged and companion window to match at no additional cost. Another example is when the team constructed a new overhang and upon evaluation of the aesthetics by Josue, he had the team tear out and replace in a better design again at no additional cost or time. We really value our home’s new look and curb appeal and also the relationships we built with this great company. We will be working with them again on other home improvements in the future.“

“On the 4th of July, our house along with the neighbors suffered fire damage from someone being a little reckless with their fireworks. After diving down the rabbit hole called Angie’s List, I was about to give up. I reached out to Music City Exteriors. I was surprised when someone answered the phone (other than an answering service), and lo and behold it was the owner Chad. We spoke for a few minutes and set an appointment for him to take a look and provide us an estimate. His estimate of the damage was very reasonable and fair, as well as a few upgrades that we asked about. We gave him the go ahead and things took off from there. Chad has been amazing to work with, providing pictures and updates throughout. His crew was very professional and made sure they cleaned up after their self.
