Before finding Odyssey Fitness, I could never find a program that worked for me. I could lose a ton of weight on crash diets and workout routines but once the diet ended or the workouts got boring, I just gained back all lost weight and then some. Before trying Odyssey Fitness, I struggled to start or maintain any kind of exercise. My best intentions didn't turn into regular workout plans. I found myself becoming more weak and achy.As I age, I want to keep as much strength and stamina as possible. Lizzie and Ethan are awesome to work with! I am so much stronger now. They listened to my goals, slowly and steadily help me increase in what I'm able to do and are very attentive to any health changes. There's no pressure and no judging! I never thought I'd go to a gym, but Odyssey Fitness is great, especially for us older folks!
